We believe the key to success is teamwork, and we have one with incomparable passion and experience.
One with traditional lagares, used for the vinification of reds, cement vats for fermentation and storage of white wines, and an oak barrels’ space where we do our tastings. And another, more recent area, with stainless steel tanks for white fermentation. All these tanks and lagares are connected to a temperature control system so that all vinification takes place with the utmost care.
We also have our own laboratory, where we periodically carry out an analytical control of all the wines, and a storage and finishing area, where we label and prepare the wines for shipment.
